I dove into the sea of coaching training recently after contemplating this course of action for almost 10 years!!  I guess I was in the pre-contemplation stage for awhile.  🙂

My goal is to become a Certified Coach (with a therapy background).

Just to let you know, coaching is different than therapy.  There are many different types of coaches and I am a Life Transitions Coach .  If you have a clinical depression or severe anxiety, then therapy is what you need.  We can discuss the differences and decide when you call me.

If you are making or wish to make a major life change, then Coaching might be helpful to you.  The other benefit of coaching is that we can do it in person, via telephone or video conference call at a time that is convenient to both of us.  You don’t have to come to my office.
